I’m Ashwin.

I’m an editor at The New York Times. I help run one of the bigger departments in the building, managing editors, directing a variety of visuals and assigning coverage across the economy, how we spend our money, the tech we use and other subjects.

I edit words, not-words, photography and other multimedia extravaganzas.

When not staring at a computer, I bicycle, play dominoes and covet chef knives. You can find out more about me here, here and here.
